I saw that stroller. My mom, though not a cat lover per se, babies my cats more than I do. She wanted to get them a stroller. I looked at her as though she'd lost her mind, then firmly said, "No!"

Ok, May would probably deal ok. Chaos would have a nervous breakdown and have to go on kitty prozac forever.

I did actually want this, but for taking them onto the bus to the vet... practical reasons! An ordinary cat carrier is painful and difficult.

last night the petsmart in my city didn't have the size e collar i needed so i drove to adjacent city and bought one there, as i left the store, two women, pushing their dogs in strollers like these came out of the parking lot. such a weird experience. really weird. all the implications.... endless, really.

LOL - I hadn't seen one of these till last summer. During our huge sidewalk sale there was a woman with a pink on walking around with the largest cat that I had ever seen - she also had a baby bjorn like carrier on with her dog in it... It is now legendary!

I agree, they are a little over the top! But, I must admit my sister has one of these. And sometimes there are good reasons. She rescued a cat that was previously an outdoor cat, and would now be indoors for health reasons. My sis wanted to get more exercise. So, she takes her much-loved feline for walks with this stroller, she gets exercise and the kitty gets a taste of the outdoors that really makes her happy!

I agree about transporting if you do not have a car to use a carrier, but otherwise?!
