I just may have stopped by Nina and picked up a skein of this:
(madelinetosh merino light in ginger)
and the fall 2011 issue of knitscene to make one of these:
(live oak shawlette, by Romi Hill)
as well as some buttons for my mum's Shalom cardigan:
Not only that, but I'm in the midst of a blocking frenzy. I predict a plethora of FO posts in the near future...

oh I have not been to milk and honey! I'll definitely have to check that out. The dishes on their website sound awesome.
Sounds like the perfect Sunday! Mine was pretty nice too! Love that extra hour... and the fact that I took the day off tomorrow. How smart am I? I look forward to seeing all your FOs!
What a wonderful Sunday! I can't wait to see more of this yarn or more FOs ...
Looks like a pretty amazing fiber weekend! That Madeline Tosh yarn in ginger is gorgeous! It'll make a beautiful scarf/shawlette (I never know what to call those!).
Fall back is one of my favourite days of the year! You chose the PERFECT yarn! GORGEOUSNESS!!!
Sounds like a perfect Sunday!
That tosh merino light is tough to pass up, isn't it? Ginger is one of the colors I'm using in Catkin and I can't get enough of it. I hope you have as much fun working with it as I am.
That's the best way to spend a Sunday. I love the Madeline Tosh colorways.
I love that color on the yarn you just bought. I jsut finished The Age of Steam and Brass shawl in a very similar color. And I bought a pumpkin coloway at a recent festival. I may have to pick up knitscene now.
Oooh, beautiful yarn and sweater! You lucky people who actually got an extra hour on "fall back" day. My dear son unfortunately did not get the memo. :)
